Excellent professional and friendly Peggy is wonderful to work with
Im not sure why selling my house in today's market wouldn't be anything but smooth..... I had Peggy put it on the market a few months ago, and sure enough I had multiple offers that first day!! I accepted and then it began, jump through this hoop then the next and then after the jumping - blam the buyer had lender issues so back to square one. This happened on more offers than I can guess! After attempting to buy a home listed through Lone Tree Land we will never do that again. The level of unprofessionalism and inability in the realtor was like nothing I've experienced. The sale was sloppy and the sellers were given poor advice in a bid to outlast us as a buyer, and hope it worked out. In the end it did not work and we had to walk from the sale and Lone Tree backpedaled to try and save the sale after we terminated the contract.
