Requested a refund and was going to accept them, keeping the deposit after booking due to high flood waters and storms. Gave several hours prior notice when it had been raining all day Owner refused still charged my credit card on file and Lake got closed prior day. Still no refund issued, even after talking to the owner.

Had a great time with Lone Star Boat rentals and Captain Ricky. Jacob, the owner was very easy to work with and has fair prices. We go out on the lake 4-5 times a year and will definitely be booking with them again. 10/10 highly recommend.

These guys rock. We had large time admiring the scenery and swilling beer. Ricky knew exactly where the action was. The large floating slab was perfect for doing nothing while drinkin a cold one. Next time i'll explore more up stream. Thanks Jacob and Ricky

This company is full of it they canceled my booking cause the city banned watercraft for the weekend I booked for and I get things happens but you can also refund my money I booked with if I don’t want to agree with a rescheduling date. I don’t live in Austin and was looking forward to this event I had planned for my daughter’s birthday.
