While the actual medical care for my pets has been exceptional, especially in surgery, the vet techs have failed to meet my expectations on several occasions now. Twice after my dog was brought in for a check up on her recently reconstructed knee, the tech “bringing her to the back” DRAGGED her unwillingly ON AN INJURED KNEE. When speaking up about this and offering to help lead my dog I was told that I couldn’t. This was very disturbing to me and a definite no-no on how to treat an animal and their parent. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Craig Wood takes the time to explain every aspect of his plan of care- love this place and I think Charlie is kinda sweet on Stella
So very sweet to my fur baby and try to put her at ease. Very gentle with her.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Wood and all of the staff here. My Tucker, a 6 month old chihuahua mix, was in dire straits and was touch and go for a while. Dr. Wood and his team were so good to us and now we have a pup on the mend and we could not be more grateful for them!�
They are not the cheapest in town, but their prices are reasonable and the care they provide is exceptional. A couple years ago, my dog was not feeling well. I took her to a facility that was open for emergencies. The Vet told us she needed surgery that night and still might not make it through surgery, but that she had cancer spread throughout her body.
