I just had the best experience working with Mary and Carlos. Recent high winds cracked one of my trees growing over the house and I was worried it would fall on the roof. I called after reading their reviews and Mary arranged for Carlos to meet me after work for a quote, and she sent me a text to let me know he was on the way. Carlos and Mary did a fantastic job helping me remove 4 trees from my yard. The communication was great and the price was very reasonable. They actually called and asked if they could come out sooner to complete the job then what we had discussed which was great for me. I'd give them a 6 star review if I could! Carlos cut down a tree for me nearly three years ago. He and his crew did a great job. It was a huge elm that hung over my home and my neighbors. Not a great location. Carlos and his crew were careful as this had to not be the easiest job. He cleaned and hauled all of it off. Just this weekend he and his crew came and replaced my roof on my home and shed. I've used Lone Star Tree & Roofing numerous times over the years for tree removal projects. Mary, Carlos, and everyone else on their team are the absolute best there is, period. Quality, professional work every single time, and they couldn't be nicer people. Call them TODAY!!!!
