Lone Star Trailers has knowledgeable staff, and great prices. I purchased a trailer here, and everyone was very kind and helpful. They showed great attention to details, and ensured everything was perfect before sending me off. I will definitely recommend this business to friends and family.
I left a competitor because they were rude and came over to Lone Star Trailers it was on a Saturday there half day. My deal took a little longer than expected but they had no problem staying past closing time. Lindsay,Jacob, Cameron and the Owners were all there to get me taking care of. The Customer Service there is over the top. I won’t go anywhere else for my trailer needs in the future. A real classy place.
The entire staff is well trained and knowledgeable about the trailers they sell as well as their competitors trailers. This enables them to explain why their trailers are a better value than their competitors. Their customer service is second to none. Their honesty, integrity, and helpfulness shines through. ANYONE looking for a trailer should certainly give Lone Star Trailers a call!
I bought an Aluma trailer, I needed something to pull 2 Harley’s but light enough to pull behind my 5th wheel. They had multiple options of different trailers and was very patient and informing with my multiple calls with questions. These guys are GREAT to work with!
