I used this carwash to shampoo the interior of my truck and they ruined both the carpet and the upholstery. They would not respond to multiple calls despite telling me they would call me back. Must have happened to someone else because they said they tried to fix it for me already and I had never been and never will go back. Cost over $300 to replace the carpet and haven't gotten estimates on the upholstery yet.
