I wanted to see the climate controlled unit before I paid for it. I came during business hours and no one was here. I called and someone remote answered. They said I had to rent the unit in order to see it. They said no one would be on site during business hours. This is not how I would run a business
Kathy was great. She made it easy and fast to rent a storage unit.
