It was only our 3rd time there and it was delicious as usual. And our waiter was very polite and helpful

I just informed my waitress , my wings wasn't cook all the way.
The food was inedible. The waiter Dan was rude his joke was to keep calling my brother Mrs. If he was looking for a tip it wasn't the most pleasant way of getting one. I got chicken fried steak. It was over fried and the meat was rubber I took one bite and never finished. For $13.99 they only took off $10. What kind of business is this to only discount a certain amount the food that was not touched? My brother got the Steak Sandwich he only hate one half the meat was so tough. We enjoyed our time here ! And the waitress was very nice :)
Last 2 times we had awesome servers. The food was good but the serice was excellent.
