Went to Lone Star this evening after trying Longhorn (had a 15 minute wait, PACKED). Stood in line for 5 minutes with empty tables, and patrons behind us leaving because of the wait (for a restaurant that was only a quarter the way full). After waiting another 5 minutes to speak to manager, he did not seem to care people were not being seated and leaving because of it. Horrible customer service from hostesses to the managers. Will never choose Lonestar to eat at again. From now on I will stick to paying a little extra money, have better service /food and go to Longhorn.
