Poor everything. Wait..staff..manager...food... staff appeared to be more interested in talking to each other. Long wait on food at half capacity restaurant...water down dressing, bland everything else and missed a side. Told waitress about side, she said she would remove from bill, nope,the bill came back the same. Waste of a night with the family. Piss poor!!!!!!
Only steakhouse I've been to that can over cook 8 steaks in a row ,, and then want to start all over agane for the third time
Worst service ever from the kitchen. The wait staff was nice and curious but it took me 45 minutes to get a salad. When out mean came it was missing items, bland as water, and I wish I would have gone to any where else. I travelled hours to attend an event in your city and I was welcomed by a horrid meal. I will never eat at another lone star again.
Worst service! Understood they were busy...said it would be a 10 minute wait...they took our name down and sat and waited for 40 mins...finally went up and asked where are name was and it wasn't even on the list anymore and we never got called! Never eating here again!
Worse place ever. Sat down waited awhile for drinks. Ordered food we thought. Sat there and sat there finally said something after 30 minute wait. Waiter came over and said she had a large party and did not hit the send button for the food. What's funny she brought the appetizer and salads. But forgot the food. Do not go there. Worst place ever.
Waited over an hour and half for our food while we were out with our 2 year old daughter, TERRIBLE. It was the same experience the last time we were there, THREE YEARS AGO!
Never once I have ever received such poor service in a restaurant. Took 15 minutes just to be asked what we wanted for drinks, another 15 to take our order, and didn't get our appetizer until our meal came, as our sever forgot to place an order. Along with forgetting half of on of my families meal. Never even came to refill our drinks. I understand restaurants are busy, and people have several tables, but at least make sure your tables are all being taken care of.
