I first met William on a Holiday weekend when NOBODY was answering the phone, and we had a complete breakdown. William got us up and running with a fried board in the basement. Then many other trips and repairs until I bought a new 5th Wheel. The "dealer" and "manufacturer" said everything was plug and plan. This is obviously a lightly used term. Bo is a very standup man (and his son). Genuine, down to earth and no BS. Tell you what you need to know so you can make the most informed decision. Rv repair techs are pretty incredible when you think about it- they have to know all trades- electric, plumbing, carpentry, tech, etc. and they know all these very well. Where I am most impressed with this company, is their humbleness, attentiveness, and dedication to doing “the right thing”. They have taken care of so many people over the years and doing great work.

I would highly recommend Lone Star Services for any RV needs! We've been having AC issues and William gave me a lot of helpful information over the phone. William and his son ended up coming out the next day to diagnose and repair the problem. They were quick and efficient. We'd use them again if in the area.

So thankful for Lone Star Services. My daughter lives in an RV for college. Although she has learned to do a lot on her own electrical work was outside of her wheel house. One call to Lone Star Services & she was given exact direction on how to do the repair over the phone on a Sunday!! He spoke to her with respect & dignity. Gave her the information she needed to do the repair & got everything back up & going. For a Mom 3hrs away I now know to call Lone Star for any RV needs she has! Thank you Boe!!

While camping on River Road in NB, my AC would not cool... By chance William and his son happened to be working at the RV park we were staying at... William diagnosed my AC and explained to me that it was no good.... And needed to be replaced... They had a replacement unit on hand and had it installed in 20 minutes.. It cost $1,800, which is a fair price for the situation... Both were professional and knowledgeable in thier trade... Just glad they were there... Getting a AC guy out this time of the year is nearly impossible.... read more
