Don't even bother calling. I have called on multiple properties here with for rent signs, every time it's unavailable and the signs are still up in the yards days later showing it's for rent and the folks on the phone (particularly an older lady) seem to act like you're wasting their time by calling and asking. Really rude, really unprofessional folks.
