Shilo was awesome. Very knowledgeable, very thorough, and made sure he fixed everything before he left. And a great personality to boot. I don’t know where he worked before, but their loss is your gain!!
Shiloh took care of our system this morning, and he was fantastic. Our irrigation heads were not popping up. He repaired the master valve and inspected the rest of the system. He found a pretty significant leak, and fixed that as well. Afterwards, he showed me how to program my system to save water and money. He was absolutely fantastic!
Great experience overall. Shiloh was very detail oriented and did a great job communicating the problems w my system and explaining the solutions.
We are New homeowners in College Station, took a chance and so very glad we did. We called and had an actual person answer and was very polite. Walked us through the process of setting up an appointment. The technician Tucker showed up on time, was very professional, polite and patient with two senior citizens that are not tech savvy, or know anything about an irrigation system. We highly recommend Lone Star Properties. It’s working now!
Shiloh was fantastic fixing the sprinkler system which hadn’t had maintenance in a while. Knowledgeable, amiable, answered my many questions about sprinkler systems generally.
