Do not recommend this company at all. They are pricey compared to other local irrigation companies and their experience level and motivation to problem solve is shallow. Learned this the hard way after they came out 2 times to troubleshoot leaks before we closed on a home. They replaced a few sprinkler heads and reported to the real estate agents the sprinkler system was repaired. These folks do it right! I had Lonestar install a french drain on my property. The job from the initial consultation to completion was a great experience. As a plus, the two technicians who did the installation where extremely professional and courteous. After the job was completed, you couldnt tell a drain was ever installed. As a rule, I don't do reviews, however, Lonestar is certainly the exception and deserving of five stars.
Had some damp parts of the lawn and had Joseph come out to take a look. He diagnosed the problem (broken sprinkler pipe) and fixed it quickly. Highly recommend!
Exceptional service! Professional and courteous
Shannon was prompt, professional, courteous and personable. He took a few minutes to fix a small problem. Listened intently to what I had to say regarding my recent discoveries of clogged outdoor drainage system. He was honest in conveying that it would probably be after Thanksgiving before any work could be done. I appreciated the honesty.
