We have been renting from them for 10 years. Never had a problem. Every time something goes wrong they come immediately to fix it. If they can't, they will get someone to get it done. We love living here
Do not rent houses from them. They will take advantage of you and lie. Our fence was destroyed in May by high winds. They didn’t fix the fence causing our brand new mower to be stolen. We called to let them know we couldnt mow because of it and Mario said it would cost $50 to mow the lawn for us.We were okay with that. They came and fixed the fence 4 MONTHS later and still had not mowed our lawn like they said they would so it got pretty high. They took our $500 deposit for that though Mario said it would be $50. I would not recommend to rent from this company. They took advantage of my elderly grandparents when it came to them moving out and getting their deposit back. Mario the manager told them one thing then when it came time to move out it was a completely different thing.
