This company has had our riding lawn mower since August 4, 2025. Today is October 24. They have never called to report the status. My wife has called twice and been given vague answers each time. Do NOT take a riding mower to this company. They are overwhelmed and incompetent.
My chainsaw was giving me trouble, so I went to a big box store and bought a new 20” bar and chain. After fighting with it for a couple of hours, I finally gave up. Later, when I stopped by Lonestar to pick up a mower part, I casually asked if they knew anyone who worked on chainsaws. I had no idea they had their own service department! They told me to bring it in, and within a minute they spotted the issue: I had bought the wrong bar, and the chain was the wrong pitch.
