This place is honestly one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with any repair shop. Have been doing business for a couple weeks here and honestly it’s been awesome I have a Ferris lawnmower and have been giving them the serial number and part number on the tag right on the side of the deck and they have been able to find the spindle that I need tensioner pulley and a new belt by those numbers I called earlier this past week gave them those two numbers again to order a new starter for my lawnmower over the phone said one was in stock I purchased it over the phone and my father went to pick it up as soon as I... read more
This company has had our riding lawn mower since August 4, 2025. Today is October 24. They have never called to report the status. My wife has called twice and been given vague answers each time. Do NOT take a riding mower to this company. They are overwhelmed and incompetent.
