I have used this company as a property manager as well as chief Engineer on various communities. I have found them to be fair, quick, and they get the work done. their prices may seem high from time to time but they are actually reasonable, from a simple snaking job to replacing 72 valves on multiple floors in a high-rise, having to drain the building down, refill the building, many times the price and quality of work is excellent. As the old adage goes: you only get what you pay for,

I agree with The previous reviewer; Do Not Hire These People!! I had to use this company because they are (make that were) the approved vendor for toilet repairs in my condo. I received a telephone quote for repairs, the serviceman made additional repairs without informing me first (saying it was now their standard procedure) and tried to charge me $125 ABOVE the quoted price. They Replaced a simple kitchen faucet which should have taken less than one hour took two and they charged me for travel time $280.00 I spoke with a young lady on 4/4/14 she was rude and confrontational Do Not Hire These People!! I will be filing a complaint with any government agency that protects the public.

Burst pipe in crawl space under house, they replaced a few feet of pipe = $600. First guy they sent didn't fit in crawl space, so had to wait 3 more days for a smaller guy. I ran all the electric and supplies under for him in the crawl space to help out. He didn't have basic copper pipe or fittings so he went had to go get them. I was then charged MORE for those items than what you can buy them at Home Depot. Also was charged a "driving" fee, even though I live 10 minutes from their office. I was recommended this plumbing contractor through a neighbor I have and was told they were a good & honest contractor. Well, years later I finally had an emergency at the house... my water heater needed went bad and I needed a new one installed. I had a horrible leaking problem with the toilet in my bathroom. I found this company, gave them a call, and they came out the same day, and had my toilet fixed before noon. This company works fast, and gets the job done right. They are also reliable because when they told me they would send someone out between 10-11, a plumber was there ringing my door between that time, unlike some companies that estimate a time, and don't show up.
