We live much closer to another pharmacy in Startzville, but pass by Lone Star on the way home. My wife attempted to get a Rx filled at the other pharmacy. After about a week, they had forgotten to order it. We cancelled. Lone Star also didn’t have it in stock, but had it the next day. She also has migraines and had ordered some migraine med. Apparently, when suffering from a migraine, the original message bottle is difficult to open. Guess Lone Star knows this and put it in a much easier bottle for her. Needless to say, we h... read more

Lone Star Pharmacy is the Best pharmacy in Canyon Lake! (its a little long, sorry) My family was on vacation and had an emergency, of course it would happen at 6:55pm on a Friday night. We had called the national chain in Canyon Lake because they are open later but the pharmacist was so rude and she hung up on us. Great family owned business, with high attention to detail and great quality products. Friendly, professional, thoughtful and caring pharmacists and personnel who know you by name and takes the time to truly listen and help. It's hard to find owner operated businesses these days, and it's invaluable to the community. I highly recommend for quality products that are not commercialized.
