Dr. Christine Smith and her team, Maria, Lisa all did an amazing job with taking care of my son. Wish I could leave another 5 stars.
Terrible experience – unresponsive and outdated. My wife has been trying for over six days just to schedule a new patient appointment. Emails are completely ignored and no one answers the phone. On top of that, they force you to manually print, sign, and scan 12 pages of paperwork per child instead of offering digital forms. Management needs to look into how this office operates. We are taking our family to another clinic.
Doctor is great but wait is brutal. 11:00 app still here at noon. Had to go out to out to find the nurse that was supposed to give her her shot and she was just chatting with a coworker I too work in healthcare, but I do try to get my patients in and out in a timely manner
