Would give negative stars Owner extremely rude, and unprofessional. it was storming refused to cancel the charter or refund and charged me over $1000 for a rental, Even after I tipped the Captain when we decided it was unsafe to go on the lake! And the lake actually got closed the day after! Due to Austin flooding
We had a very relaxing tour of lake travis on our party barge. Our captain was joel Scott and he was a wealth of information as well as very easy to get along with. The weather was a little cold but we knew that was a chance scheduling it around Thanksgiving.
Great experience with this company. Captain Joel is the man!
