I'm very disappointed. Your office called and scheduled my appointment, yet I wasn't told there was no insurance authorization until I arrived. This should have been verified before asking me to come in. I wasted my time and trip because your office failed to confirm everything was in place. Please explain how this happened and get this resolved as soon as possible.
