I’m not one who leaves reviews, but after months of dealing with the lack of professionalism I feel it’s necessary. This office trends with cancellation of appointments the day before (when been scheduled and waiting for months). I had the same appointment cancelled and reschedule twice, and my previous appointments cancelled multiple times as well. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lone Star Neurology. My messages have gone unanswered, and my telehealth appointments have consistently started about 50 minutes late. When I asked to speak with a manager about these concerns, I was hung up on. Patients deserve timely communication, respect, and the opportunity to address concerns without being dismissed. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

My aunt is a patient here and I have to say that I was impressed by the care she received yesterday. Usually at appointments the staff isn’t too good at answering questions but it was the opposite here. Everyone was super helpful and answered all of her concerns. The front office staff was attentive and extremely helpful. We felt listened to which was a change from the last neurologist we saw. To say that Dr.Bass was great would be an understatement! I would highly recommend coming here :)

Be prepared to be in the waiting room for several hours, only to constantly be given excuses. The doctors are amazing, but front office staff will definitely drive patients away.
