0/5– BILLING FRAUD & COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE – AVOID I have been dealing with a billing nightmare for over 7 MONTHS with Lone Star Neurology PA (Dr. Amy Howe's practice) and I am done staying silent. Their back office submitted my insurance claim with the WRONG GROUP NUMBER. I was very pleased with my evaluation by Dr. Howe
Initial visit. Very impressed. Service was excellent, the tests ordered were expedited and results posted on their patient portal. Follow up scheduled for next week.
Dr. Howe was very thorough and ran extensive testing in a matter of weeks. She was not dismissive at all and helped me find one of the root causes of my symptoms. Her office and staff were friendly and made our visits pleasant. Overall a positive experience but I do recommend verifying coverage for treatments directly with your insurance company to avoid unnecessary out of pocket expenses.
The staff at Lone Star Neurology is very pleasant and they go above and beyond continually to provide exceptional service to their patients. Every one that I have interacted with from this practice have been extremely professional and a pleasure to interact with.
