I am review this Dr. for my 84 year old mother. She has made 3 appointments with this dr since late August only to have all 3 appointments canceled on her, each the day before. She has been in serious pain for a month. When my mother expressed her disappointment regarding the 3 cancellations the staff member was actually rude to my mother! My mother is moving on. She no longer wants to see this doctor or anyone in her office. Good luck if you’re trying to get an appointment there.
It’s ridiculous how this place ONLY cares about money. Who cares about prompt and vital care when you owe $50, right? My bad. Cancelling my appointment when I NEED to discuss things when I’m already in office because an ADDITIONAL fee was owed from somewhere. “Great care” 👍👌
Paid a $70 copay to be gaslit for 20 minutes by Dr. Howe. Came in with high hopes for relief with ongoing dizziness, and she told me it's just anxiety. She's not interested in helping at all, just trying to get her money and get you out of her office.
Very pleasant compassionate Dr. Dr Howe will listen to your concerns.
I want to sincerely thank Dr. Howe and the entire team at Lone Star Neurology for getting my daughter in so quickly when so many other offices turned us away. Their compassion, urgency, and willingness to help meant the world to our family. We are forever grateful for the care and kindness you’ve shown us.
