For most part staff was pleasant. Dr. Asaad was very knowledgeable and personable. Went over all information and explained in a way you could understand. I have been complaining about these problems for years and he figured out in one visit. The front office was quick to handle referrals and most was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this practice.
I took my father to this office for help with diagnosing and treating a degenerative neurological disease, and it's been a full time job just keeping everything together. Josline is the best thing about this whole office. She takes time to listen, explain, and seems genuinely interested in helping patients. Dr. Asaad is a competent and intelligent doctor, but doesn't come across nearly as attentive/empathetic as Josline does, which is why I think other reviewers ding him on that.
