I really wanted to not have to write this review, but feel that people should be aware of the information BEFORE they make a choice to deal with this medical practice. The doctor we saw was ok. But the practice is a mess, to be kind. Calling to set up an appointment is an adventure, and since they outsource their call center to the Philippines, the people answering the phones have little to no access to the office staff, which creates all sorts of communications problems. This was my first appointment and everything was good. I felt the doctor listened to my concerns and the staff was great and we shall see what the future holds.....to be continued

Received a call the day after they received my referral, but it took many weeks to get the initial appointment. The scheduler knew I would need further testing so she also scheduled the first test for the day of my appointment. The office staff was very professional, scheduled further testing quickly, and explained what was involved at each step. But the BEST was Dr. Loeb. He was thorough, asked probing questions, and explained the possibilities. We both liked him. He is very kind and caring.
