Dr. Mohammed is a God send to my daughter. He listened intently, and was dismissive like several other neurologist. He knew the issues my daughter has been dealing with for nine months, "aren't in her head". She has heard that statement for nine months. He has a plan, after further testing is completed. My daughter and I are grateful to have found him.

Husband was misdiagnosed by Dr. Loeb as having Parkinson’s. He admittedly did not look at MRI images and suggested he come back in 3 months! Thankfully we were able to get an appointment at UTSouthwestern Medical Center Neurology and assigned an excellent team of Movement Disorder Neurologists. They saw NO evidence of Parkinson’s Disease and diagnosed a Neurological Disorder due to scar tissue from removal of large brain tumor many years ago. This is not a disease. Wife was 1 minute late due to their atrocious parking circumstances & they told her she had to reschedule. Said she had the most horrible experience of any doctor’s office she’s ever been to & will never go back. She is not the confrontational type to even complain about anything either. She said the lady behind the desk hates her job.

I had a great first visit with Dr. Abdul Gaffar Mohammed, Lone Star Neurology. He was professional, kind, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The office staff was friendly, and the visit was well organized. I left feeling confident in my care and would highly recommend this doctor to others.
