Remember this name (LORENA DAUGHERTY),this woman told me that the car was available, gave me the price over text and asked when I could come over to look. I drove 35 mins to the dealership to find out that the car was sold the night before. I talked to this women 7:35 the night before, and 5 o’clock today.The car was still available 🙄according to her. Shady dealership. We took the car in for recall work. What we were told would take a couple hours turned into what we were told would be 24 hours. We finally got our car back 6 weeks later. The repairs were made but suddenly we mysteriously had lights out on the dash and an exhaust leak. Our car sounded normal when we dropped it off and now sounds like it has a glass pack muffler. That’s a minus 1 star. Very shady business practices. Stay away from this dealership. I bought a brand new 2018 Outlander that didn’t last a year and less than 10,000 miles. When I first bought the car from them they gave me the car the first day then they took a month to send the paperwork to the finance company, I had to call the finance company myself to straighten everything out, so I’m not sure if I even owned the car for the first month I had it.
