Honestly, I have negative things to say about this company. I just had a individual come out. I was on my way home. I explained to him that there was already a report of malfunctions and photos. I’ve used these guys through American Home Shield and they are the absolute BEST! They were very knowledgeable and thorough about their work! They were friendly and walked me through the whole process. They texted me when they were on the way and then called once outside. It doesn’t get any better than that. The mechanic knew exactly what was wrong with my Air Conditioning Unit and ordered the part and it was fixed within a matter of days (part had to be ordered). I worked for this place! At first the owner gave me a chance because I am a felon. Then when I left on good terms and came back they promised all benefits after 90 days. They never came through. Then they said they don’t have to give all employees benefits when all the office workers have them but they don’t want to give the guys in the field them!
