Jacob was so kind and courteous! He showed up to help me...I was stressed out....and he was there waiting when I arrived. His son is about to have surgery. and he is helping someone at the same time. What a huge heart! praying for your kiddo Havob and Monique! Y'all gotta call these folks. they really care!
Lone Star Locksmith provides excellent service and their response time is the best. I scheduled and re-scheduled with Monique and Jacob 3 times and each time they were amenable and courteous to me. Hit our cars keypad with the water hose and locked our key inside! They rushed RIGHT OVER and were so nice!! Got into our car in record time, didn’t kill us with the charge $, and are having a second key made for us on the cheap as well!!

We just moved to Van Alstyne and only took me 5 days to lock me and my husband out of our home! I gave a call to Lone Star and Jacob was quickly to congratulate us our new home and said he would be over in a short time (less than 30 mins!!), Monique even called when they were 5 mins away. Jacob was quick to explain what he was going to do and cost...which was very reasonable. We were back in our house less than 45 mins from the call to Lone Star. We are very happy and will look to using them again for all our keying needs!
Just purchased a new home and needed the house rekeyed. Jacob & Monique both arrived on time. Not only did they rekey the house in a prompt manner but also assisted in installing a smart lock. The lock (not a great brand) stopped working hours after installed. Jacob came back out and tried to fix the lock.After determining the lock was bad, I replaced it with a Schlage Sense and Jacob returned to install for no additional fees. I would highly recommend them!
