DR. K is not in network and office didn't bother to tell us although we have been coming to this office for years now. Shame! Cherry on top, simple office visit was billed ~$500.
Dr. K is awesome; she genuinely shows concern about the kid and explains things that are assuring. However, we did not have good luck with her assistant, who lacks basic stuff dealing with a kid, often does her work rough, and seems unhappy at her job. I can talk more about her (mishandling prescriptions, band-aid misplaced, miscalculation etc.) if the management contacts me. But I am sure to change my kid's PCP to somewhere else for the next visit unless things are improved. I feel sorry for Dr. K who does not deserve a one... read more
Dr. Kuboye is truly exceptional and embodies everything we could hope for in a pediatrician for our daughter. She has been with us since my daughter's birth three years ago, and we couldn't be more grateful for her care. Dr. K is incredibly thorough, pays close attention to detail, and always provides loving and reassuring guidance. Our family loves her, and we wouldn’t trade her for the world!
Charging $25 after hours fee when you are closed during the snow days was the last straw for me. Not because of the fee but because everytime I’m in need it’s impossible to get ahold of the Dr and I get a completely uninformed and misguided answer from the medical assistants. My initial provider left and they didn’t even bother to notify me, I made it to the appt and they pretended they forgot to notify me. Anyways!
