If I could give it a Zero I would. This place is closed down but the phone number transfers to an office in garland. The front office personnel don’t have enough common sense to inform NEW PATIENTS that think they are calling the Wylie office are indeed being transferred to a totally different office in Garland. Dont even waste your time here this doctor has been closed since like 2 years now and she still has her phone available dont bother calling.

I have received better customer service at McDonalds than with this office staff. They are Un qualified to be working in a medical practice as administrative support period. They are not welcoming when you walk in. I was ignored for 15 minutes and then talked to like we were hanging out on the block. Every time I call they are annoyed that they are having to look up from their magazine, non engaging Un educated on any of the questions I pose and dismissive.
