We appreciated the scope and thermal imaging they conducted, as it gave us, the buyers, peace of mind by showing which areas were in good condition and which required, as he likes to say, TLC (Tender, Love, and Care). Cody always does such an amazing job, consistent honorable and honest work. I use lone Star for every inspection and trust them to always do an amazing job. They always have the best recommendations and recaps of the inspection and work that needs to be completed.
My inspector was very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered any questions I had. He checked every possible thing to make sure he found everything he needed to find the problem. Then did a little extra to be sure everything was checked.
