Simply incredible experience. These guys were so honest, upfront, and transparent through the entire process. I honestly wasn’t sure about them as they were assigned by my home warranty company. Unfortunately, the coverage did not include the repair as I let the coverage lapse and the condition predated my renewal. Nevertheless, Lonestar AC was fast, fair, and took my family’s wellbeing into consideration. They promptly repaired the unit and charged a very fair price. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star I’m absolutely disappointed with them the owner very unprofessional hung up on me because I told him I was going to think about replacing my whole furnace since that’s what he’s suggesting I do. 👎I would never ever call this company again or refer them to any family or friends
If you are a homeowner and have no choice but to use them because of your home warranty, please go out of your way to find someone else. This is the 2nd time they came. These men are lazy, creepy and shady. They try to charge you just to get extra money that has nothing to do with the problem. And if you’re a woman DO NOT BE BY YOURSELF. Absolutely disappointed with this company and communication throughout my experience. Right now is a giant ice storm and freeze in Texas and my heater has been out since last Sunday. They came out to diagnose it and approved my claim but scheduled my repair on Saturday Jan 24th on the day of the freeze. I knew they would cancel… Turns out they didn’t even have the part and the repair man was not even informed of my appointment.
