Towed my bike in for a no start issue. It took over a week to get in. I live in Austin so I couldn’t wait for it. I sighed a paper approving 1 hour of diagnostic. $113. One it got looked at I got a phone call saying it’s all figured out and it would be $340. I was fine with that. I asked for a breakdown of the charges. The part is $10 labor is 15 mins so I guessed $40 and 3 hours for diagnostic. I asked why 3 hours for diagnostic and the service guy told me it took them 3 hours to figure it out.
