This company is great! It's the first time using them and we will definitely use them again. They were quick to return calls. Pricing was great and they did a phenomenal job. I was totally impressed that they delivered our glass to our house.
What an outstanding company. This is the second time we have used Lone Star Glass Company; on both occasions they have been amazing. They were professional, friendly and incredibly efficient. I highly recommend their company.
Wow! Where do I start? We called LoneStar glass one year after they installed a sliding glass door for our remodel. It began to have a slow leak. Shay, the manager said he’ll be there in the morning! He, Karl and Reese took this repair seriously and worked hard to resolve it. They did, however 8 weeks later, it started to leak once again. Really an odd situation. It's hard to find a good glass company that does simple repairs and sells special order glass panes. Lone Star isn't good they are great. They take all the hassle out of ordering. We live in a mobile home which has special needs when it comes to glass repair. Lone Star provided prompt courteous service. Our service tech had a good sense of humor and didn't mind me watching over his shoulder.
