I constantly told the doctors that my daughter complained of a tummy ache all the time. they dismissed it every time. I go to a new pediatrician in another town for a wellness check and tell this dr. they do one simple test and find out she has ulcers. these doctor's dont listen to their patients. they would rather a child stay in pain.
If you need to make an appointment, you need to call months in advance I guess to have time to wait on hold. I have been waiting for someone to answer for over 2 and a half hours. The automated message keeps telling me my estimated wait time is one minute. This is ridiculous. I understand that with covid going on there may be a lot of callers, but either the automated system needs to be updated to give accurate estimates or someone needs to answer and give an updated estimate on when they will have time for us.
