Went to this practice for years! Moved away for 9 years, come back, and make an appointment. That was over a month ago. My appointment is coming up in a week and this morning, at 7:45am, I receive a call from the clinic. Since they NOW determined I'm a new patient, they have to cancel my upcoming appointment to over a month back. A big practice with a very good location...Dr's and staff courteous and thorough..and answered all our questions.
We arrived at 8:45 AM for my mother’s 9:00 AM appointment. While Dr. McMenemy and the staff are wonderful and provide excellent care, the wait times continue to be extremely frustrating. We did not leave until 11:19 AM, meaning we spent well over 2½ hours for a single appointment. I understand that staffing shortages and unexpected situations can arise, and I was informed that the office was short-staffed today. Absolutely awful service. My mom went there for her yearly check up and made her wait and wait while others kept going in to be seen. When she got up to ask the receptionist her excuse was that the person who spoke Spanish was busy so she had to wait. My mom was discriminated for not speaking English that’s a shame of clinic
