Saw Dr Carl Pellerin yesterday. He just joined and was very good and explained everything and home care remedy instead of trying to do anything surgically as I had a bump/stye near the eye.
I went to Dr. Matthew McMenemy in May, he and his staff were excellent in evaluating my eyes. They are a busy clinic; nonetheless, I was attended on time and thoroughly. The busyness was a good sign of their services. Post my visit, while traveling outside of Texas, I had an eye incident and Lone Star staff answered my questions and assured me of my situation. They recommended I see a local ophthalmologist asap. Thanks!
I've been coming here for several years now and always schedule a YEAR in advance. I reconfirmed my appointment a MONTH ago, and yesterday (the week of the appointment) i get a call to reschedule bc they "overbooked." How in the hell do you over book a YEAR in advance?!?! What kind of incompetent people can't even schedule correctly? If you can't even do that, how in the heck do I expect you to take care of my eyes? This is after them telling me they don't take my insurance (last year) paying out of pocket for the exam...ref... read more
Wonderful Experience! Dr. Maddison is amazing! I had cataract surgery and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She’s kind, professional, and truly cares. The staff was also fantastic—friendly and supportive. Highly recommend!
