Dr Madison M is so thoughtful, kind and compassionate in helping her patients. Both my mom and I see her and just love her. Yes, there was a wait time (thus 4 stars instead of 5). My annual exam, which was extremely thorough, took 1 1/2 hrs, from when I walked in the door until I left. Aside from waiting, I’ve had a very positive experience!
There is something to be said about a good morning or a gesture to connect with a patient during his or her first visit. What I experienced was a type of depersonalization I had not seen in a long time. Throughout my visit, which lasted almost three hours, it was clear my case was nothing but another medical file and a possible revenue builder for an eye surgery.
