Very rude staff and very unorganized. Lied to me. After telling me they dont order contacts I was finally able to get my prescription from them after bugging them for weeks and it was literally a picture taken with a phone and texted to me. Then 1-800 contacts cancelled my order after reaching out to lone star. Everyone should be fired and this company should start over from scratch.

Made kids appointments, got a call a few days later that it needed to be pushed to the following week due to their scheduling conflicts. Rescheduled gave all my insurance information. Two days before my new appointments I get a call stating they do not accept my insurance. Would have been nice to know this two weeks ago! The kid/man on the phone was very unprofessional and did not sound very sure of himself taking or giving any help or information. Thanks for nothing!
Been there twice now and both times were just fine. Very professional and friendly staff and the Dr Carson was super and answered all my questions. Happy my family comes here for eye exams and care.
