They do not do work correctly here. They will damage your vehicle . They will say they replace parts and they don’t but will Charge your for it. Find another place but do not take your vehicle here.

Don't do business here, terrible people and the worst work you can ever get done, my motor they rebuilt for me lasted 1500 miles before it blew up and they said it wasn't their fault?? They couldn't even nail two pieces of wood together, let alone rebuild an engine.

They claimed that they would do a good job. Now I know that they won’t. They are blaming me for their short comings. I’ve got real mechanics that say I’ve done nothing wrong. If you choose to use them. Do so at your own risk. And record every conversation that you have with them. You don’t have to tell them that they are being recorded either. I don’t have even 200 miles since the rebuild and I’m having to spend another 7k to fix their work.

Horrible work and customer service at this place. Hey Ralph I have been trying to get a hold of you to see what the status of our SUV is. I had it towed to you December 3rd over a month ago and still no calls or description of the issue. We didn't even have the SUV but 2 and a half months and the engine is making the loud noise again like it was the day we took the SUV to you. According to your invoice and speaking to Ariel you did an engine rebuild so you replaced all internal parts that was causing the issue and a few othe... read more

I drove my 1988 Cadillac Eldorado to lone star engine installation for the motor to be rebuilt. That date was June 18 2020 . I was told it would be ready June 30 2020. Several months passed by with several excuses given to me. Finally was able to go get the car October 1 2020. Drove car for maybe 150 miles total that's Including from shop to my house. Would only drive at night in my neighborhood to see how it is doing. One night started to drive it when I lot of smoke came out the exhaust. Called lone star and they said bri... read more

This company is corrupt. They work from an address at 405 Ann Ave, Dallas Texas 75223 which is Lone Star Engine Installation and invoice from 7750 N. Macarther Blvd Suite 120, Irving Texas 75063. We spent $4000 to get an engine rebuilt and it will not run. I have made calls to Coyote Engines and Lone Star Engine Installation with no help. We have made the decision to turn this into the authorities.

Do not trust these people!!! We were out of 3500 and still the car is not working. They will try to refer you to people but do not trust it because it is someone that know and they are all in it together to take your money. Yes, they will fix your car and it might work for 6 months! Good luck! you know the old saying " you get what you pay for"

I found Coyote Engines Inc and they had great reviews. They picked up my car to rebuild my engine. Little did I know, they outsourced their work to Lone Star Engine Installation. Long story short, I am out over 4 grand, and still do not have a working car. So many lies and deception going with them. I filed a complaint on BBB for Coyote Engines and FINALLY got a call back after several months. When I tried to call them out, I was yelled at and treated disrespectfully. Please do not waste your time or money.
