More than $800 and two months later and I'm still awake at 2:00 AM with intense tooth pain. His staff will not send your insurance company the necessary office notes to be reimbursed for CT scans (and yes I've taken them all the information they asked for), and they do not care at all about your post procedure pain and will blame it all on you to the point of all but saying you are lying about it. I'm still a month away from seeing a neurologist (for what is supposedly not tooth pain) and am taking debilitating nerve pain me... read more
