I called Lone Star Docks after a big storm that hit out by Lakeway. Our gangway had broken off and over half of it sank to over 20ft at least. The owner Chad was very receptive and got right on it. He actually had a crew out the next morning with a diver and a barge. The gangway was saved and several floats were replaced. My family has been on the lake for over a decade and we've never had good luck with dock companies. Lone Star went above and beyond
They "repaired" our boat lift. Broken shortly thereafter. Won't stand by the work. Poorly engineered and now want us to pay more to fix their bad work. Stay away from Lone Star Docks.
