Was great until it wasn't. Got a new pool installed by them. The guys were great during the project. Then the project was done. The equipment comes with a "3 year parts and service warranty" my pool was done around August 2023. So only got to use it a hand full of times. Starting this spring April ish tried to use the hot tub and it wasn't heating. Called LoneStar no response. Called probably once a week for 4 to 5 weeks with nobody coming out to fix it. I had an issue with the water pressure in my shower and Ernest and Dustin were able to fix it in a couple hours! Extremely efficient work and they were able to make the repairs with no trace left behind.
I am delighted with work that Lone Star did for me! Fantastic, fast, friendly service. I will happily call on them again when needed.
