I don’t really leave reviews, but this is the worst mechanic shop I have ever been to. I came in for my transmission to get replaced then come to find out two months later my transmission is missing 6 bell housing bolts. The owner Bobby denied that he or his team didn’t leave my truck like that, knowing dam well they did. Then Bobby tried gaslighting me saying it wouldn’t cause any danger/internal or future issues with my vehicle. They had my car for 48 hours for potential suspension issue. I called and texted several times and no one ever contacted me. I had to get a ride to the store to get my car back. They said they couldn't duplicate my issue or find anything wrong. Turns out the issue was loose lug nuts, which I discovered on the highway after two bolts had sheered off. They didn't check the lug nuts? Two stars instead of one because they didn't charge me for diagnosis, but I won't be returning.
They have been legit from day one regarding my vehicle. The service is A1 here, with mechanics who know how to communicate with you about your vehicle in order to properly resolve & repair. I don't even take my vehicle nowhere else every since I've started going here.

I have two vehicles I had Bobby with Lonestar work on. The 2016 chrysler town and country had a complete transmission rebuild. It was the best price in the Austin, Round Rock area and he did the job in a very reasonable amount of time and it performs like new. I had the work done a couple of months ago and it seems to shift better and better the more I drive it. The second vehicle is a 2013 Ford Explorer. The waterpump was going out.
