The adult beginner skills class is a great workout even for someone like me who does weights! The intructor is extremely attentative and patient! Love the class! Wish I had started much earlier but I am determined to go back again and again! Hopefully I can be advanced to Level II of adult beginner skill classes and move to the intermediate level in a few months!
