Essence was so calm and respectful
I came here for an appointment today and apparently my appointment was cancelled because Dr. Thai was out the rest of this week. Nobody bothered to call me and let me know. So I drove up to the office for nothing. This was going to be my first appointment with Dr. thai. I am thoroughly disappointed with the staff at this office. The listless front desk receptionist offered a very weak apology and offered to reschedule for almost a month later. I will just find another physician. Dr. Thai literally invented an answer instead of admitting they didn’t know — gave factually wrong info with the confidence of an obvious C-student who skipped every lesson on science and humility. Fyi- Choline is not in DHA as she instructed. Obviously, now curious what other info she made up on the fly. Recommend finding a different doctor's office that values honesty and integrity.
