They sound rude , I got put on hold from one with a attitude saying you need to call the clinic when actually I was calling from the clinic number and finishing my conversation without helping on nothing , so what’s the reason and point of there job??? and not even saying I could transfer you to help you set up your appointment. hold as a professional office would.
