Dr. Latta is very efficient! She made she we were very informed before discharging us and got it done in less than 15 minutes with our ten million questions!!! So fortunate to have found her 💚
am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. I had a doctor’s appointment on Monday, and my medication has still not been called into the pharmacy. I have already left a message through the patient portal and contacted customer care on Wednesday morning, but I have not received a response. Delays like this are unacceptable, especially when it involves prescribed medication. Having government insurance does not mean that my health concerns should be treated with less urgency or respect. Don’t go to the family care in this location if you are in rush, even if you have appointment scheduled they make u wait for the provider even for hours, I don’t understand if they don’t have enough ppl why they scheduled many appointments at the same time 🤦♀️

Aleman Musial, APRN, is truly the only reason I continue to go to this building. Unfortunately, my experiences with other providers there have often felt rushed and impersonal, like I was just another number instead of a patient who deserves care and respect.
