Muy buena experiencia y muy buen trato
I am so happy I was able to walk into the environment I did at Lone Star Circle of Care. Starting with the security, very welcoming. I assumed I knew where I was headed and walked into the wrong office where i was greeted, and helped by a Woman named Flor Garcia. I’m so grateful for Flor G (receptionist in Women’s Health)! She went above and beyond to help me. The location is nice to hangout at but i wouldn’t let these fools treat me period
Absolutely amazing place and care in the Behavior Care unit. The staff is very understanding and very helpful! Very happy with my care :)
Took my 4 week old grandson in for extra test. “Emergency “ Lab result were supposed to be read in 2 days it’s been over a week, multiple calls on hold for an hour, and three messages in portal! Zero responses! Probably won’t fill a grievance like you’ll suggest because I’m sure I’ll get no response there either.
