Family Medicine Front Desk Ladies were Super Nice and Helpful. Nurse Practitioner and Nurse seemed like they HATE there jobs. I transferred to Georgetown and Front Desk and Doctor were GREAT but Nurse seemed like she too HATED her job.If your so unhappy find another place to work. Maybe House Keeping where you don’t deal with the public.
If you’re looking for a primary care physician, look elsewhere. My experience in health I-don’t-care was horrifying. I made an initial appointment two months in advance, completed 200+ questions a week in advance, responded to the text message reminder a few days in advance and ChECKED IN online the morning of the appointment. I am so happy I was able to walk into the environment I did at Lone Star Circle of Care. Starting with the security, very welcoming. I assumed I knew where I was headed and walked into the wrong office where i was greeted, and helped by a Woman named Flor Garcia. I’m so grateful for Flor G (receptionist in Women’s Health)! She went above and beyond to help me.
