Dr. Valerie Pozas has been an amazing therapist to me for over a year she has shown me so much empathy, understanding and has helped me work through the toughest time in my life I was in a very dark place and ever time I had an appointment with her I improved In so many aspects in my life if I didn't have her as a therapist abd for our talk therapy appointments I don't think I would be the person I am today I would highly recommend her as therapist!
