The dr Kwan canceled my appointment. I haven’t had a prenatal care since I’ve been pregnant and I’m almost 13 weeks pregnant. I am pregnant with twins. This is ridiculous. I am finding another OB.
Currently 11 weeks with twins and I have used this same place in past and won’t ever go anywhere else!
Dr. Zapata’s care is the best. However, the women who work as receptionists (not all of them), most of them, except for one older lady who is very kind, are unpleasant, unfriendly, and rude. They cancel appointments and do not give you any options. They do not care if it is an emergency appointment during pregnancy, and they do not make any exceptions.
