Dr. Zapata’s care is the best. However, the women who work as receptionists (not all of them), most of them, except for one older lady who is very kind, are unpleasant, unfriendly, and rude. They cancel appointments and do not give you any options. They do not care if it is an emergency appointment during pregnancy, and they do not make any exceptions. Dr. Kwon is by far the best doctor I’ve ever had. She recently delivered my third baby and took great care of us my entire pregnancy. I’m so grateful!
I want to take a moment to recognize Maria an incredible nurse at this women’s clinic who showed exceptional professionalism, kindness, and patience. I was accidentally transferred to this clinic by my healthcare provider while trying—after more than a month—to make an appointment for a very stressful healthcare issue. Dr mahaffey is amazing , he listens to you and doesn't force birth control etc if that’s not what you’re wanting . He is very respectful , gentle and mindful
