We absolutely love Dr Cetl! We’ve been seeing her for 3 years for regular check ups, sick visits and managing my son’s adhd/anxiety. Dr Cetl is kind and trauma informed. My kids really love her and feel safe with her. She really listens and helps me feel comfortable to voice my concerns without judgement. She’s very patient and thorough. All the front desk, nurses and med assistants have been caring and the whole office is a pleasure to visit!
The clinic offers outstanding service — organized, welcoming, and truly caring. From the front desk to the exam room, everything is handled with attention and respect for families. SAVE YOURSELF STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I have had nothing but trouble getting in contact with them, even something as simple as refilling my prescription has been near impossible. I have been on hold for a little over an hour trying to reach someone. I have tried the “call back” thing and they do not call you back it s a trick to get you off the phone. Dr.West is the absolute best doctor. She is extremely thorough, very understanding and has a great bedside manner. She always takes plenty of time to answer our questions. Never rushes us. She is always very consistent. Her staff and reception are very pleasant. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We have been coming here for thirteen years and will go nowhere else.
