I have had five or six doctors thus far, just when I get really comfortable they end up leaving. It’s nearly impossible to get a medication refilled. Messages in patient portal go unanswered.
STAY AWAY!! Awful! They have no DIRECT PHONE LINE!!you sit on hold for over 15 minutes with a third party just to be told you can’t be seen!Imagine establishing with the Doctor Who you call when you’re sick and you’re being referred to the emergency room by staff because they have no availability for three weeks(This has been going on for years and they have done nothing to change it) !The emergency line that they say is available on the weekends is not. Circle of care has been a God-send for me as I was forced out of California and lost my insurance. Pamela Lopez is the best therapist I've ever seen. I've seen many, and it isn't even close. Her genuine spirit and care for her patients is greater than I've ever experienced.
