Nice staff and decent care compared to other clinics but call center is annoying and after hrs say they cant help with schedule so its nearly impossible to get anything done over the phone. It's been several months since my local clinic had a provider so keeping it staffed seems like a ongoing issue. In my 2 years that I was there so far I've had about five different providers and only one has been constant and that's my therapist Pamela. She is great. The other 4 where all pcp and last about 4 months each.

I have had five or six doctors thus far, just when I get really comfortable they end up leaving. It’s nearly impossible to get a medication refilled. Messages in patient portal go unanswered.

STAY AWAY!! Awful! They have no DIRECT PHONE LINE!!you sit on hold for over 15 minutes with a third party just to be told you can’t be seen!Imagine establishing with the Doctor Who you call when you’re sick and you’re being referred to the emergency room by staff because they have no availability for three weeks(This has been going on for years and they have done nothing to change it) !The emergency line that they say is available on the weekends is not.
