Took my 2025 Gladiator for service and decided to add the Auxiliary switches. Bruno was very helpful in explaining was going to happen with my vehicle. He also followed up with phone calls until the service was completed. So far, satisfied with their customer service.

I wasn't happy that they said they wouldn't work on my vehicle if I didn't replace the part that wasn't cover under Warranty. 700 plus for my deductible and a extra diagnostic check and a thermostat. I had no choice but to pay the bill to fix my truck. I felt helpless and taken advantage of. I was going to take my truck to another mechanic that was reasonable. But they wouldn't fix my truck if I didn't agree to the thermostat.

I believe that Bruno had done alk that he could do for my vehicle, with Endurance warranty. However when my son and I came to pick it up, the under dash was hanging down, Bruno was quick to push it into position. I talk a lot time today with Chenique, the r we p from Endurance, she stated that there was no mention in the file about a leak at the compressor.you definitely have a problem with communication, Quiet a few times I called and asked for Bruno, I believe I was transferred to there, but the system put me on hold, and ... read more

Went in for first time oil change since I purchased the car back May 2024. Noticed the filter was not changed so I’m hoping next time it will be really changed at the N/C fee. Other than that it was great service. My son purchased his first time car from you all so I have been there for the oil changes. I was disappointed that the issue with his fenders was never fixed after the car was left there for several days. It was returned with the same problem brand new car. Sad $65k auto.
